# Global FinReg

> Global FinReg A/S is a Danish LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) registration agent, founded in 2017. We register new LEIs, renew existing ones and transfer LEIs from other providers, for companies, funds and other legal entities. We manage LEIs for more than 21,000 Danish companies and serve customers across the Nordics and internationally. AI agents can look up, price, renew and buy LEIs directly through our MCP server and ACP checkout.

- VAT: every customer pays the listed price. VAT follows the legal jurisdiction of the entity the LEI is for: for entities in Denmark and Sweden the listed price includes VAT; entities in the UK and Norway pay the same listed price, with no VAT charged.
- Company data is kept up to date automatically from national business registers, including Virk/Erhvervsstyrelsen (Denmark), Bolagsverket (Sweden), Brønnøysundregistrene (Norway) and Companies House (UK).
- Every LEI we register is issued through a GLEIF-accredited issuer and is valid worldwide.
