Use Global FinReg in Claude

Global FinReg works inside Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic. Once connected, you can look up, register, renew and transfer Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) simply by asking Claude.

Free, Pro and Max plans

On the Free plan you can add one custom connector.

  1. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors.
  2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Global FinReg and paste the server URL above, then click Continue.
  4. Choose to sign in now, then click Add.
  5. Sign in to your Global FinReg account in the window that opens and approve access.
  6. In a chat, click + → Connectors and make sure Global FinReg is switched on.

Team and Enterprise plans

An organization owner adds the connector once for everyone.

  1. The owner goes to Organization settings → Connectors and clicks Add.
  2. Hover over Custom, select Web, name it Global FinReg and paste the server URL above.
  3. Each team member then goes to Customize → Connectors, finds Global FinReg and clicks Connect to sign in with their own Global FinReg account.

Claude Code

Developers can install our Claude plugin, which also includes ready-made skills for each LEI task.

  1. Run: /plugin marketplace add gfrdavid/globalfinreg-claude-plugin
  2. Run: /plugin install globalfinreg-lei@globalfinreg
  3. Sign in to Global FinReg the first time an account action is needed.

Once connected, ask things like:

  • "Find the LEI for Novo Nordisk A/S"
  • "List my LEIs and tell me which are due for renewal"
  • "Renew the LEI for my holding company and send me the invoice"
  • "Register a new LEI for my company"
  • "Transfer my LEI to Global FinReg"

What you can do

  • Search the global LEI database by company name or LEI number
  • See your LEIs and which are due for renewal
  • Renew an LEI, with the price shown before you confirm
  • Register a new LEI, including document upload and power of attorney signing
  • Transfer an LEI to Global FinReg from another provider
  • Download invoices and follow the status of your orders
  • Verify your company on Concordium with your Global FinReg LEI

The assistant always shows the price and asks for your confirmation before placing an order. Card payments go through a secure Global FinReg payment link: the assistant never asks for your card details.

Security and privacy

  • You sign in directly with Global FinReg. The assistant never sees your password.
  • The assistant can only access the LEIs and orders on the account you sign in with.
  • You can disconnect Global FinReg in the assistant's settings at any time.
